Harper Morris Payroll was established in 1984 and specialises in payroll management. As a company we concentrate on developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with all our clients. Part of this process involves maintaining and developing our software to the highest standard, and our software has been HMRC approved for the last 6 years.
Inland Revenue Accredited Software
 The Web Hosted Payroll Service uses our own in house software Talent Pay that has passed Version 8.00 of the Payroll Standard. This ensures that the software fully complies with the legislative changes and electronic year-end procedures. From April 2009 it will also support the new In-Year filing of P45’s, P46’s and P6 and P9 tax notifications.
BACS Approved Bureau
 Harper Morris Payroll is a commercial BACS bureau (B40337). This allows us to transfer salary payments directly into the employee’s accounts. This is a 3 day process, with the funds debited and credited on the same day. Harper Morris Payroll is audited by BACS every 3 years to ensure that we comply with their stringent security and operating procedures.
