The Harper Morris payroll team is a highly trained, experienced group of payroll specialists, many of whom are IPPM qualified. Our team is UK based and processes in excess of 200 payrolls per month ranging in size from just one payslip up to 2,000 or more payslips. Because of the way the team is organised the very small payrolls enjoy the same due care and attention as the very large payrolls.
Clients using our hosted payroll solution can elect to have payslips sent electronically to employees or linked directly to a clients’ secure employee intranet.
Service options include:
Payroll Bureau - Provides the customer with gross to net calculations as well as the facility for the customer to manage its own data gathering and input. The Harper Morris Implementation team will assist the customer in arranging workflows and making available the right data input facility.
Fully Managed Payroll - Provides complete management of the payroll function including data gathering, data input, normal gross to net calculations, full administration of third party deductions and payments and full management of the BACS payment to employees and other third parties.
Hosted Payroll – Combined with our Fully Managed Payroll service this option provides secure access to a fully integrated HMRC approved HR/Payroll system, allowing our customers to access their own database remotely using secure web technology. Our extensive reporting module allows users to download report on demand in common formats such as Excel and PDF. |
